Focus on customer acquisition and cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web
leads.

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails,
presales and post sales follow-ups and Lead follow-up.

Follow up with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls and live website chats
to persuade them to purchase companies’ products and services. generate qualified leads, create
suitable quotes and process purchase orders.

Back office support including Quotation preparation, sending emails and couriers to clients, daily
attendance updation, daily work sheet and report collection of field executives, conducting regular
meetings, preparing agendas, MOM preparation, proper maintenance of all records, ensure to keep
adequate stock for all the marketing materials and other works as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
