We’re looking for a seasoned Python Django Developer – Team Lead to architect scalable web applications, lead development teams and ensure high-quality delivery. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, drive best practices and mentor developers.

Responsibilities :

End-to-end Django project development

Design scalable back ends & REST APIs

Conduct code reviews & mentor team members

Collaborate with product, design and QA teams

Ensure CI/CD, testing and performance optimization

Requirements :

Over 6+ years of hands‑on experience developing applications with Python and Django

Strong with Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Fast API & FLASK is a plus

Good grasp of frontend tech (HTML, CSS, JS; React/Angular a plus)

Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD and cloud platforms

Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
